Baseline

New CARI.net servers include a dedicated 100 Mbps port and monthly included transfer as defined by plan. Billing uses average utilization rather than traffic spikes.

How Usage Is Measured

Data rate snapshots are collected every five minutes. Thirty-day totals are averaged to determine billable bandwidth for each server port.

Overage Tier Billing

• Overages are billed in 1 Mbps tiers (324 GB equivalent).
• Each tier is priced at $60 and remains active for 30 days.
• If average usage remains above plan, the tier renews on next cycle.
• Overage due dates align with statement timing rules.
