Terms of Service

Agreement Basics

These terms are a binding agreement between CARI.net and the customer. Primary notices are delivered through iBizPanel and account email. Customer contact data in iBizPanel must remain accurate and up to date.

Billing and Payment

• Payments are due on the account due date.
• Accounts can be suspended after non-payment and deleted after extended suspension.
• Past-due balances may incur interest and returned-payment fees.
• Disputed invoices must still be paid, with credits applied later if approved.

Service Changes and Liability

CARI.net may update terms and pricing with notice. Services are provided as-is, with liability limited to fees paid for services rendered. Customers are responsible for lawful use and for actions taken through their accounts.

Legal Venue

If any term is invalidated, remaining provisions remain in force. Disputes are governed under the laws and courts of San Diego, California.
